Dr. Lambert is an Interventional Cardiologist and obtained his medical degree and a Ph.D. in physiology from the University of Florida, as well as a Master in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He has spent the last 10 years at the University of Florida as its Director of Interventional Cardiology.

Dr. Lambert is responsible for the USF/Pepin Heart residency program, the Dr. Kiran C. Patel Research Institute, and Pepin Heart Hospital outcomes measurement and analysis.
