The Freedom From Smoking Program
This eight-session group program is led by a trained instructor and uses a positive behavior-change approach to help you become a non-smoker. To prepare you to quit, the first two sessions will cover triggers and coping strategies leading up to the third session, Quit Day. The four sessions after Quit Day will help prepare you to stay off cigarettes forever by dealing with recovery symptoms such as weight control, managing stress and resisting the urge to smoke. Participants will also receive a relaxation audiotape to further aid in recovery.

For most smokers, especially those who have tried to quit before, group support can make the difference in helping you stay smoke-free.
